“Amazing doctor. For a billion reasons. My husband and I were already told that we needed to explore IVF after two miscarriages. Dr Charlie put in the extra work, actually looked at my reports from my miscarriages and suggested an exploratory procedure to see what was going on. I don’t remember the terminology, but he cleared out whatever was in there and three months later I was pregnant. We would not have our son if we never met him. On top of that, answers every question thoroughly, makes you feel confident about everything going on. Just an amazing doctor, and good human. I’m sad my insurance changed.”

“PDEC is a very busy practice, so be prepared to wait a bit for your first appointment. Once there, though, you can expect a productive visit. I found the whole staff to be friendly and competent. Dr. Grady is a force of nature: he's thoroughly educated in his field and he applies his knowledge with academic rigor. I was cared for with respect and I felt like his primary goal was to help me feel as well as I possibly can. The phlebotomists in the lab were excellent at what they do, and the front office staff was kind and welcoming. I feel I have gained a real resource here.”

“Dr. Ryan Wood is amazing. He is kind, professional and caring. When I first went to Ryan I was in critical condition. I wasn't able to go 20ft without assistance, I needed help going up stairs, flat and was severely tired all the time. I couldn't think, it was hard to eat without getting nauseated and I was making plans to say goodbye to my family. Ryan helped us with a stem cell treatment and I immediately felt relieve. I went from being unable to walk by myself to dancing (literally)! All my pain went away after a month and in 2 months I was completely normal. This effect lasted for about 1 year, and I went up to about 70% good. We received 2 more treatments with Ryan over the years and I feel really good. “Every one of the people I encountered at Dream Smiles were super friendly, timely, effective and knowledgeable. I called, as a first time patient, and made an appointment for an exam/cleaning within a week. They did a full check up for me, and found out I had one tiny cavity. I was able to make an appointment the next day to have that taken care of. (and I asked how long it would take, was told ~45 min, and for the first time ever I was out of there in less time than I expected! (35min!)) Lastly, in the age of COVID, they're doing everything right. I'll be sticking with these folks for the foreseeable future.”

“Even with Covid, the library and Second Edition store are operating but not open. ..the library every day and Second Edition on Thursdays and Fridays, weather permitting. Order your books online at home one day and pick them up the next day after 10:00. You will be notified. You can still order books from other libraries and the checkout is still 3 weeks. I live only a mile away so I pick up my books and poke through the Second Edition goodies as part of my daily walk. I also return my books, one at a time on my walk, after reading them. Treat yourself at Grand Central Bakery or Market of Choice on the way home. A great way to get yourself out of the house on a regular basis!”

“My son has been going here for years. He has just gotten his Black Belt. Grand Master Ha and his team are fantastic. Going here is joining a family. As cheesy as that usually sounds, it’s true here. Students are taught to work together. They learn leadership as they move up. Don’t get me wrong, Grand Master Ha is at most classes. He is teaching in most classes I have seen. He was teaching my son, personally, when he was a 4-5 year old, and still does 10 years later. This place has top level instruction and attention from the Grand Master. I can’t recommend Yong-In enough. Thank you Grand Master Ha and your whole team!”
