She is a thorough and caring aesthetician who notices everything that needs attention and makes me feel relaxed, pampered and well cared for. Vivian is so thorough in her work that she discovered a basal cell carcinoma in my ear. She suggested that I get it checked and indeed it was a small skin cancer that the doctor was able to remove and surgically repair. I owe Vivian a debt of thanks for not only her attention to detail, but her very well thought out approach to her work. She uses great products and I leave her chair feeling that the experience was everything I hoped it would be.
