Clermont

I have lived at Clermont Apartments for over a decade and have seen many changes throughout the years. I must say that the staff both in office and maintenance have been great! I recommend this location if you are looking for a safe quiet neighborhood close to quite a few amenities. There's also some wetlands and tall old trees running through this location that give a nice private nature feel while still being close to the highway, stores, etc. There's also also a lot of wildlife which is great to see while sipping on your morning coffee or going out for a morning walk. Very well maintained complex and buildings. There's multiple events setup for the entire complex throughout the year that are managed by the office staff as well. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking to move!

I’m new to the Clermont community and it already feels like home. The management staff is very welcoming and supportive, and super patient answering questions and providing guidance. It was the friendliness and customer service of the management that was the deciding factor to move in here. The maintenance management is top notch. The apartment complex is easy to navigate and quiet, surrounded by trees and grassy areas, and provides the perfect back drop for walking your dog or just stretching your legs. The location can’t be beat with easy access to highways, shopping, and surrounding neighborhoods. Two thumbs up … It’s a GREAT place to live.

We have lived at Clermont for over 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say. The grounds are like a park and well maintained. The office staff is very engaged with the community and have events to let you get to know other tenants. The maintenance crew is also quick to respond and very pleasant. Clermont is very much a home, not just an apartment!

Living in the Clermont community has made my big move from Chicago feel like I am home. The best way I can describe the complex is to say it feels like living in a neighborhood. People are out walking their dogs, neighbors smile and say hi and you can park steps away from your front door.
The office and maintenance staff have been responsive to my needs and suggestions. Summer events allowed residents an opportunity to meet.
If you are making an apartment your new home and want it to feel like home, this is your place.

I’ve been at Clermont for several years now. It’s a convenient location for me & short distance to work/stores etc… The staff have always been wonderful & supportive over the years. When my mom was sick, they did everything they could to help. They treat you like family & always take your needs seriously. Management puts together fun & creative resident events throughout the year that keeps us all connected to our neighbors. Cedar Mill/Bethany area is a safe community that is thriving & still growing. Many schools & parks close by. I find everyone I meet in this area has an adorable pet & a genuine/kind personality. I feel truly lucky to live at Clermont. Highly recommend!!
