Had an issue with a package being out for delivery, but not being delivered. The staff at the West Slope office in Portland went above and beyond in locating my package. The lady who handled my problem was also honest about what was actually happening. I am surprised and impressed.

This was the most pleasant post office experience I have had. The employee that helped me was friendly and helpful. I went on my lunch break on a week day and there was no wait. I was in and out in less than 5mins!

Not sure why the reviews are so poor. The people working here are kind and helpful. All my packages have been sent out quickly and easily. This location is great, and so are the people who work here! Support USPS!
