Dr. Chin and her staff are the absolute best. I always feel welcomed and taken care of when I am there. Dr. Chin has been the only dentist I have had in my adult life and I plan to keep that way as long as she is practicing.
I've been going to Cedar Hills Dental since I moved her 27 years ago. It's not the closest to me, but the entire staff is so welcoming and over-the-top helpful, that I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I also moved my 88 year old mother here from California 2 years ago. Every time she has an appointment, she raves about how wonderful the staff is to her. We couldn't be happier with the service.
My wife and I were looking for a new dentist nearby, and went to Nextdoor to see where others were going; Cedar Hills Dental was among the highest rated in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. The office staff was warm and friendly, and they made it easy to schedule and get seen. 90% of going to the dentist is dealing with the office staff, and the people at CHD are awesome! I appreciated their Covid-19 procedures and attention to keeping everyone safe. Dr. Chin (and the staff) were professional but very friendly, and made the whole experience easy and relaxing.
I have always loved Cedar Hills Dental care. They take incredible care of their patients, understand the intricacies of insurance, and hire excellent dental hygienists. When faced with Covid, they quickly found safe and effective policies for patients while continuing to offer their bright, shining service. Dr. Chin is professional and direct, something I greatly appreciate. I can't imagine going to a different dentist.
