Crystal the dog trainer is excellent here. She is always very accommodating and patient with our dog. We have learned so much from her.

This review is more about the employees than the store itself. I locked my keys, purse, phone, and dog in my car! An employee, Crystal let me use her phone to call for help. She also watched over my dog (in my car) while I went to get my spare key. Her help and support made the horrible situation a little less bad. When I got back Crystal and another employee went above and beyond to help me find a sweater for my dog and they gave my dog some extra treats and love. Thanks!

I hate that they moved the food around. Friendly helpful service.
