Hansen Price was wonderful to work with after I was rear-ended in my Acura. They sent me a whole packet including a certified diminished value appraisal, sample form letters, credentials, tips, etc. It was fast and easy and I received a check for $3,000 in diminished value from Oregon Mutual within a few. Hoping to avoid any future accidents but I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Funny how the bad reviews are from a bunch of butt hurt idiots that never even used them. Yes this company is part of Leifs but who cares? If what you hired them for gets results then they did the job. I paid my $285 to them and got the report back about 2 weeks later, kind of a simple packet had Hansen's qualifications sheet, body shop parts and labor sheet from when it was repaired, and the DV report on value. I sent it in to the insurance company and I just got the check 2 days ago for the full price requested of $5048. My car was only 7 months old when it got hit, so the report they gave me worked fine on a new car don't know about an older car.
