(July 13, 2020, 10:09 am)The visit went as planned. The staff all were providing a safe work environment. Masks, Hand Sanitizer, visual cleaning etc... Plenty of open space for distancing etc.. Visit took about an hour and that is what I was told so it met all of my expectations

(July 2, 2020, 5:59 pm)My experience here was great and the salesman Conan was great and recommend him if you go there, he new i had my mind made out on a certain truck and didn't pressure me into a different vehicle. He was really easy to work with and I learned a lot from him about these new trucks with all that technologies stuff. The paper work process was faster then I thought and the best part is I didn't spend all day there, I was in and out and driving a new truck.

(June 26, 2020, 8:28 am)Our pickup had been diagnosed by our Local mechanic with having a bad pinion bearing. We were going to have them repair it when we remembered we had bought an extended warranty.
We then took it to Canby Ford since they are the closest dealer to us. They claimed they did not hear the noise and billed us for a diagnostic fee.
Feeling frustrated we made the drive to Landmark. We dropped the pickup off a day before it’s appointment because it was convenient for us. The next day they called saying yes it did have a bad pinion bearing and by the way you are overdue for spark plugs. Great! They kept me informed of the whole process with the extended warranty company and treated us very well.
I am VERY impressed with the service department. Even though it is quite a bit out of my way I will be dealing with them for any warranty issues on my five commercial vehicles.
The next time I need to buy a Ford I will be visiting their sales department as well.
