Kaiser Permanente Tualatin Medical Office

When Dr. Cockett transferred to the Tualatin Clinic, I immediately decided to transfer with him as his patient.
He listens to my complaints and tries his best to alleviate my aches and pains. I have complete trust in his judgement and expertise. I always leave his office in better shape physically and mentally.

I love my provider and always get excellent care from her. BUT, Kaiser has changed their communication system and my emails no longer get to my provider, being handled instead by a team who has never seen me. The continuity of my care is disrupted when I cannot communicate with my care giver. Making appointments, long, long hold times, lack of transparency has resulted in not recommending Kaiser to new family members.

I played soccer first time in 25 years in a quick pick up game. Ended up on the ground more often that I expected ;) Dislocated my thumb in the process. My wife said I should have KP take a look to make sure nothing damaged that I couldn't see. I was in and out within an hour with Xrays taken and a phone call an hour later saying everything fine with some ice packs. A shout out to Tom my nurse who set it all up and called with the results. Xray tech was great too. Nicely done KP. I don't go more often that once a year but each experience has been top notch.

I have been with Kaiser for over 40 years and I have used the Tualatin Clinic for over 23 years. We have always had exceptional doctors, nurses, phlebotomusts exam technicians. We have always had exceptional care. I would recommend Kaiser Tualatin Clinic to anyone. I have been to many Kaiser clinics, I feel all Kaiser clinics exceptional but I have had the best care at Tualatin Clinic..
