They packaged everything neatly and safely, ensured rapid processing, and were very helpful when asking any technical questions as to the laptop specs. (May 8, 2020, 5:59 am)I bought a laptop from them with a lot of upgrades that I could not find anywhere else for the price. I ended up having some issues with blue screens. After providing some help over the phone they determined it was a defective part and under their 1 year repair warranty took care of the problem and had it repaired and shipped back. Very customer focused and friendly service!
