“I took my car here for a bumper replacement and although it took more than initially told, the front staff was more than kind and kept providing me with updates on how the progress was going. The bumper they initially got didn’t fit and when sent back, the one they were given was damaged. After some waiting, they finally got the right bumper and were able to do an amazing job. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I found some stains in my trunk that were not there before taking it for repairs, they are evidently paint stains. Although I don’t mind, I found a stain on my driver side, it’s clearly that they grabbed on to it with their fingers and didn’t have the courtesy to tell me about it. Overall, very good service.”

Fantastic deals like 4 tires with 75% tread for $395 vs $1100 for 100% tread from the free beef guys for the same tire. They often have an even lower price if you only need tires with less tread, like when I was selling my dad's car and he'd been driving with the donut on for a few months. “We were traveling through Oregon when we discovered a serious problem with the spring hangers and both main I-Beams on our 35’ fifth wheel camper. I called Semi Truck Centers on Sunday, expecting to leave a message, and the owner (Randy) answered. I tried to explain the problem and he asked me to text pictures. Once he saw the problem he recommended that the trailer not be driven. Randy gave me the number of a tow company and the owner called back in about an hour (Still Sunday). The camper was towed on Tuesday and Randy and Team were so very helpful and patient during a stressful situation. Randy evaluated the issue and made recommendations to reinforce and repair the I-Beams Repairs were completed in about 3 weeks. We have been driving the rig for about 2 months with no issues. “These guys are awesome. We originally met them while camping in central Oregon this past summer. Super nice people. Turns out we live in the same general area, so when I had an automotive need arise, they were my first thought. I popped in today without an appointment wanting to have a brush guard installed on my new truck (truth be told, I was very excited to add the bling to my new toy.) They were fully booked for the day and asked me to make an appointment for next week. I explained that I was away next week on my honeymoon. They asked that I call back in the afternoon. I did and they said, come on down. This is old school customer service. The installation was top notch. Solid. Pretty. Even custom trimmed the tow hook pass throughs to make a nice, clean transition.
