“After my regular clinic closed I needed a new clinic and PCP. I went to one in Tigard, and found it more than disappointing, getting none of my needs met. I decided to give Columbia Urgent Care Tigard a call and set up a meet, wary after my last terrible short experience. So glad I did!!! I was treated respectfully and with care, and most of all listened to and actually HEARD. I'm now able to resume the care and goals I had made so much progress with before my last clinic closed in March, and am happy to have good staff that understands my needs. They are actually in the business of caring for the patient and working WITH them.”

“As of 2018 Dr. Lutze currently works out of Lake Oswego, not downtown Portland. After receiving amazing and easy medical care in California I moved back to Oregon for particular reasons. I have a very complex medical condition that requires careful ongoing specialized care so finding good doctors and specialists is important. Initially I setup insurance through the Providence network because their facilities were close to the area I live in, big mistake! After receiving extremely subpar care in most modalities with outrageously long scheduling times and a terrible PCP (Dr. Kakodkar was just awful) I decided to make the insurance switch. Best decision ever, giving me hope in what was looking like a very bleak future trying to work with Providence. Having a more open insurance plan that allows access to all the networks is the way to go, then you get Legacy, OHSU, even Providence and more. Through some family referrals I ended up here with Dr. Cara Lutze. Finding a good PCP shouldn't be a difficult challenge, Dr. Lutze is surely a gem to find. A genuinely good PCP can make all the difference when it comes to ongoing care. Upon first consult she actually took the time to go over my medical needs and worked with me for all of my referral and prescription needs without hesitation. She was kind, polite, progressive, attentive and responsive from start to finish. Definitely a positive night and day comparative upgrade from my former PCP. The office has plenty of easy complimentary parking. My wait time after checkin was about 5 minutes with her assistant Bri. Wait time to see the doctor was no more than five minutes. The facility is clean and doesn't have any weird smells. I've been to places that often make you wait 30-45 minutes or longer with every step, not here. I look forward to working with the doctor and Legacy Medical Group moving forward. Such a better choice and experience all the way around.”
