“The OT trainers keep it upbeat and fun. The music is motivating. It makes my workout competitive and pushes me harder than I can push myself working out alone. I love all of the different exercises and how it is different every workout. My husband and I do this together which makes it even more fun. It is great because you get the benefit of having a personal trainer without having to be in a one on one situation which for me is perfect.
