“I hired Lile and North American for a small move from Portland, OR to Minneapolis. David Valencia helped me all the way through the move, and I couldn't be more appreciative. He was super responsive to my needs/concerns through the bid process and after I confirmed the move. The load in Portland had the drivers there on time, and they worked efficiently and took care with all my stuff. Today I received my goods in Minneapolis. Most importantly, everything arrived safely. When the truck arrived today, there was a disagreement with the driver about the manner of which goods were to be delivered. I will clarify that the driver was a North American Van Line driver based out of a different location, not a Lile's driver. David answered immediately and was super understanding in sharing my concerns. After we concluded our call, he looped in the owner who promptly followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Sometimes things don't always go perfectly according to plan, but it's how you deal with that adversity when it arises. I feel so fortunate that David and the team at Lile were there for me throughout my move, but especially today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!”

“I live nearby and am so happy to have this park nearby. It is protected on three sides from traffic as there is a school, apartments and houses blocking the roads. The amenities are plentiful and it’s all been somewhat recently worked on so everything is nice and in working order. The grass is well kept and the trees are gorgeous. The only questionable thing is the racketball courts. They are just fully enclosed and who know what goes on in there. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have as a an option to use, but I’ve seen some strange people go in and out of there two times when not being used. There is some often unused grass space that is a water drainage area that would be awesome to fence in as a small dog park. Just an idea if you ever see this City of Chandler.”
