“Had a wonderful time relaxing in their Green tiny home for a night. The kitchen was all decked out, the bathroom was very nice(shower is a good size, not cramped) and the stairs to the larger bed were very convenient. The house was very clean and quiet. I also found the WiFi to be plenty fast and easy to connect to. My favorite aspect was waking up to the beautiful forest all around me whilst still being warm and dry. At night you could see stars through the sky light above the bed too. I would extra recommend this to a friend that is visiting from out of town, but wants a quiet home that has relatively quick access to the Coast as well as the City”

“I love this place, and the staff is hilarious. However, it's a bit... odd. I don't think they know what their own audience is supposed to be. The majority of it is candy, but they also have... Beer? And coffee? And apparently tobacco? And all this is placed right by an elementary school. I- I love the place, but it's just so random. Edit: There is no tobacco products, I thought there may have been because of the sign at the front, but the owner confirmed there wasn't. Love the customer service!”

“This a beautiful and well-designed park for easy to intermediate level hiking. The trails are clearly marked. I especially like how every trail branch has a mini map of the whole park so that your can really know where you are. There is plenty of park and clean restrooms at the trailhead. The views are stunning! We practically had the place to ourselves on a weekday morning.”

“I dislocated my hip, artificial hip, Saturday, September 24, 2022. I called for an ambulance on Sunday morning. The ambulances were all on calls so the fantastic firemen, from the Blanton Station in Aloha, came to help me!!! They were amazing! They helped me to my daughter's car so that she could take me to the hospital. I have been very fortunate so far in my 81 years but the gentle firemen from the Blanton Station were amazing to me and my daughter. Can't say more then a big shout out to the crew that helped me on the morning of September 25, 2022! I am home now and feeling good. Horrible way to learn that the instructions given to me after my hip replacement, do not cross your legs for the rest of your life, were so correct!!! I am rambling so I hope this thank you note gets to the Sunday crew that helped me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness! Stay safe! Thanks for being there! Betty J. Farris”

“BEST BURGERS IN TOWN!! We just rediscovered the Peppermill Pub after their remodel. It’s now a casual sports style bar with GREAT food!! The burgers are BIG & so delicious! My husband & I both had the western burger which has several toppings & a spicy bite (with a nice choice of different sides). It was truly the BEST burger we’ve had in the Portland area!! They also have wonderful breakfasts with my husband’s favorite the western omelet & my fave being the Swedish pancakes. Try out the Peppermill. You will LOVE their food & burgers!”
