“I was referred here by a colleague of mine. He’s someone I really admire and trust. I was able to do my credit application online during my lunch on my smart phone. Garret texted me an hour or so later and said he had an approval. And even with a local credit union with a better interest rate that I could find with my challenged credit. I made an appointment the next day with him after work. He sees customers on appointment basis only. So he has your time completely dedicated to him. I test drove the car. Loved it. And signed paperwork which only took about 15 minutes. The whole process was probably an hour with the test drive and everything. I really feel he would not sell a car that he wouldn’t drive himself or sell to a family member. A really stand up guy for sure.”

“Hi all! Crazy how long it's been since a parent has posted a review. My son is 4 and has been attending this school and is blossoming! He's timid and has had some social troubles growing up in the era of covid. This school has provided him with a safe and loving space to explore and regain trusting connections. The teacher is so involved and so in touch with meeting children where they are. This school provides a great balance of structure and openness. All the parents are very involved, and the school functions very much in the form of a community that is there to help one another and support each other. Highly recommend.”

“I came in to Dr. Tran's office fully aware of the amount of work ahead. I only ever went to the dentist in emergency situations, so suffice it to say I've harbored a lot of trauma around dentists and dental work for a long time. Dr Tran, his wife and their receptionist are amazing. Absolutely amazing. He removed my infected tooth in 15 minutes. And on my next extraction it was decided to take out 2 that were broken and severely infected as well. Dr Tran was very kind, he explained each step of the way what to expect before he did it, and it was severely helpful. He got both teeth out in 30 minutes total. His wife has such calming, supportive energy. She's always right there doing exactly what is needed. She wiped away my tears, she patted me on the arm when things would get intense. She really knows how to be supportive in many ways besides just supporting him and his work in keeping things cleared while he works. While I had anxiety going in because I didn't know what to expect having two teeth removed, it was nothing like the panic I experienced in previous dental visits elsewhere. There is something tremendously healing about how Dr Tran and his Wife handle themselves, their patients and their office. Even when I move to Washington, I am strongly considering making the drive to them should I ever need dental work again. That's how good they both are. And their receptionist Laura is fantastic. She has a very bright energy that makes you forget you're even in a dental clinic. I've never seen her without a smile on her face and she was so very kind to talk with me about life when I had to wait over an hour for my ride to care to show up. It is very clear everyone in this clinic is an expert in their role in creating a comfortable and meaningful environment of healing for patients even when that work may be ordinarily difficult to experience. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me! I can't wait to get my smile back! 🫶”

“My husband and I just got married and have settled into a beautiful quaint ground floor apartment here at Northridge. So far we absolutely love living here! They are dog friendly which was a huge plus for us having 2 dogs. The grounds are kept nice and clean, and while there have been some technical issues with the online portal, the management has been fully transparent and understanding with this ongoing issue and is working to get it all corrected. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner from what I can tell so far, we are having issues with our dryer and within days they are out to fix it! The community is very friendly and we are both extremely happy to call this our first home as newlyweds! The 18 month lease was also a huge plus! I strongly recommend this place as it is very affordable in today's tough market.”

“It is always my favorite place for fresh, delicious and hearty food. The patio is always busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings when you walk by the restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the staff is always cheerful and friendly. The variety of sandwiches, Benedicts, toast, omelets, and other egg dishes is much better than other breakfast places. I especially love the avocado toast, and there is no other restaurant that has five different kinds to choose from.
