I and my family are survivors of domestic violence. We have had a hard time trusting anyone. We finally found a doctor that cares and treats us like we matter. I can say that having a doctor that you see more than one time is a relief and a comfort. I have no anxiety about calling my doctor because I know she cares and remembers what we talked about in our last visit. We recently transferred our primary care to Willamette Heart. My husband had a great first visit with PA Lynnette. She was down to earth and listened to him explain his health history. He especially loved that they had an in house lab for taking his blood, saving him a separate trip to the lab. I had seen Mabel earlier last year and was quite impressed with her warm and approachable manner. Scheduling was easy for both visits, waiting room is spacious. The office is no longer located in Willamette Valley Medical Center, but the new location is easy to get to, with parking in lot and close by on side streets.

The staff are very personable and they genuinely care. Mabel Dzata is an amazing primary care physician, and she always makes me feel safe and cared for during my visits. They call as soon as test results come in, and always treat me in a professional and respectful manner, both over the phone and in person.
