Balanza Vineyard Guest House

I am hesitant to post a 5 star review because I would hate for this hidden gem to become so popular we can't come back often! But you must experience Balanza. So beautiful and the owners are fantastic hosts. Amazing Grounds, Wine, Breakfast and Service! Been coming to wine country for 30 plus years and this is by far the greatest experience. Twice here and it will become a regular trip!

I recently stayed at Balanza Vineyard with Kerry and Chali and had the best experience! I will definitely be returning and staying there again. Every morning we were given a fresh cup of coffee and our choice of homemade breakfast. This is all served on the breakfast patio which has a stunning panoramic view of the valley. There is lots of privacy and the rooms are all beautifully decorated. The hosts also provided us with an awesome list of recommendations for both wineries and restaurants. They helped us enjoy the beautiful Willamette Valley while providing us with a great place to come back to later in the day! Thanks again!!!

We had an excellent three night stay at Balanza. Both Kerry and Charlie were courteous and thoughtful hosts - and served delicious breakfasts every morning. And the property is gorgeous - with comfortable accommodations, amazing views of wine country, and nice trails to go jogging in the morning. We will miss Balanza but look forward to revisiting when we are back to the Valley. Highly recommended

Balanza Vineyard is a beautiful paradise tucked into Dundee Hills surrounded by the natural beauty quintessential to the region - rolling hills, vineyards, orchards, walnut, oak and fir trees.

Kerry and Chaly are such incredible hosts. They know exactly how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable in their bed and breakfast. We were greeted with chocolate in the evening before dinner and they treated to some of their own wine later when we returned that night after dinner.

When we awoke, a gorgeous view greeted us bathed in a warm morning light. The scenery glissens at that hour as everything is coated in dew. Their breakfast was both impressively creative and delicious.

I was hesitant to write such a glowing review because I wanted this place to stay a secret. However, Kerry and Chaly deserve it. They provided such a wonderful stay for my fiance and I.

Balanza Vineyard definitely ranks as one of the best places we've ever stayed while on vacation. Kerry and Chaly have opened a brand new bed and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, beautiful and modern, and the view was spectacular. The breakfasts were delicious. Kerry and Chaly were wonderful hosts. As it turns out, they are from Austin, as are we. We had a lot of common with them as well as some other guests who were from the Austin area and spent both evenings enjoying wonderful conversation about Texas brisket, breakfast tacos, and the high tech scene while sipping Oregon wines. We were also thrilled that we got to meet their very sweet cats and dogs. We highly recommend Balanza Vineyard.
