Dayton Grade School

My granddaughter went here for two years in 2014 and 2015 and she loved it. She had a good experience and the staff is great. Love the small town feel, the kids were taught respect and everything. You don't see much of that in big city schools. The teachers had good control of their class and actually had time to teach something.

I had gone here for a year and a half when I had been in 4th and 5th grades. Mr. Baines, Ms. Chambers, and Ms. Carlson had been my absolute favorite staff people I don't know if they are still there, but I know that they were awesome. Ms. Carlson use to bring in her Welsh Corgis, keike and fezziwig, but I'm not sure if there are around anymore either, but I hope I can find out how they are all doing some day. They all helped me through a confusing time in my life.
