Amazing experience! Greg did our tasting and he was fantastic at educating us on the vineyard and the wines we were trying. He also gave us a few special treats for my birthday was were much appreciated - a VERY welcoming person! This was a wonderful place with an incredible view and be sure to let everyone know back East to be sure to come to Durant Vineyards!!!
This business has a great assortment of plants. You can go for wine tasting, and they make their own olive oil too. Once a month there is a DIY activity, I created a planter.
Very cute shop. Went and found some lovely gifts for friends. Took home some olive oil and have absolutely loved it. They have lots of nice kitchen gifts and cooking gadgets. Small outdoor plant selection for sale. A large selection of olive oils for no matter what kind of cooking you are using it for.
Durant is a must if you are in Willamette. We did the ATV vineyard tour; it was one the best tasting experience I’ve ever done. Paul, our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about wine and especially viniculture. To be able to see and learn about the vines/process it takes to mark the exact wine you taste was truly an exceptional experience. The Durant family clearly wholeheartedly crafted a diverse set of products that is thoughtful to the community and the land they are on. Besides the amazing wine, the Olive oil tasting, nursery and gift shop cannot be missed.
The wine is delicious, the view is amazing and the staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The olive oils, vinegars and salt are my favorite! It's worth the trip just for the gift shop and the culinary delights there, but Red Ridge (Durant) offers so much more!
