We added an air conditioning unit to our existing furnace last summer. After a few months the new thermostat would reboot throughout the night and it finally stopped heating altogether.
I contacted them about the issue and they sent out a tech. Embarrassingly for me, the tech figured out it was caused by dirty filters. My wife said they were pretty bad when he took them down. He changed them for us (without charge I will add) and we are back to normal. I'll be checking the filters regularly now. 😁
Thank you to the tech (Robert?) for taking the time to get us back up and running and to the owner for providing great service. We will be using them for maintenance service and any other hvac needs in the future.
