(September 23, 2022, 1:17 pm)We wish we could give 10 stars to Dr Zald. He is excellent, knowledgeable, kind, professional, caring.
We took our 4 yo daughter to him for her hearing loss. While our Pediatrician and another ear specialist couldn't give us a reasonable answer, Dr Zald diagnosed the real problem. He made very nice friendly connection with my scared kid in the first visit. Our daughter was so happy to visit her "silly funny Dr" for her next visits. In the treatmemt process, Dr Zald suggested ear tubes, and we agreed. The entire operation went super smooth and great. Now our daughter feels so good without pain and her hearing is back. We sincerely thank Dr Zald for everything and highly recommend him.
