(March 1, 2022, 8:52 pm)This is a great place to workout. The owners are fantastic. The coaches are knowledgeable and will walk you through everything. They can modify and scale to your fitness level. This is a true community. I love it.
(March 1, 2022, 8:11 pm)Amazing coaches that actually care about form and lean more towards a strength and conditioning gym. Great place for beginners and competitive athletes! Love learning new things and I’ve learned a lot about technique with gymnastic and CrossFit movements, which have helped build confidence and overall strength.
(March 1, 2022, 8:10 pm)Rebuilt fitness is such an amazing place. I have been an active member since October 2021 and not only have they helped me on my fitness journey, I have also gained amazing friendships.
This gym is fantastic at building a community and supporting all your goals. Doug and Cristine are phenomenal people with huge hearts! I can't tell you how much this gym and community have helped me through some of the toughest moments in my life.
If you haven't checked out Rebuilt fitness, you definitely should! You won't be disappointed!

The coaches are great at modifying classes to fit your fitness level and there is no judgement of physical ability, simply a good place to workout and have fun!
