This company is amazing! Cal~Thank you for coming out on Thanksgiving morning and fixing our freezer in a pinch. We were leaving for the holiday and he came and fixed our freezer last minute and saved Thanksgiving. That was above and beyond customer service and we can't thank you enough! THANK YOU! You saved the day, the meat and our sanity. We are still very thankful and impressed with Cal & Krohns.

Rachel went above and beyond to get a warranty issue taken care of for me in a timely manner. Our Speed Queen washer pump failed right before I was to leave town and I didn't want to leave this for my wife to deal with. Rachel stayed late on a Friday and helped us get our washer up and running just in time. As a small business owner myself I know how valuable having someone like Rachel on the team can be, and I'll be sure to refer my home inspection clients to Krohn's when I have the opportunity.
