Aloft is clean and rooms have all the necessities. That said, everything in the room is smaller than I'd expect for a room with 2 queen beds. There isn't enough counter or storage for 2 people. The blackout shade is good but not great. The staff at the front are professional and very helpful. Food options onsight are limited but the bar is nice. All around 5/5 stars.

Stayed for 3 nights. We love aloft hotels and their pet adoption concept. The bar is great. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was the fact that there was no bar soap the whole time. Had to go into the shower and use shower gel to wash hands and face.also room was only cleaned once during our stay. This won’t stop us from returning.

The hotel itself was clean and nice. It's different, though. The room was perfect for an overnighter, but the setup of the room was not the greatest. The bathroom is just divided from the sleeping space, there is not a door to the bathroom. There is a door to the water closet for privacy. The lights from the bathroom, even just the small vanity light was way too bright to leave on for a nightlight. The hotel was out of soap, due to supply chain issues, which is understandable, but we were not notified at check-in. It was not great to find out after we went to the bathroom and couldn't wash our hands. The pool was nice, but they hadn't been able to locate pool towels, so it was a while before we could get some to dry off with. Overall, this was a good place to stop for a night.

Staying at this hotel was so much fun. Let's start with the room. The bed was super comfy, the shower was huge, and I loved how the toilet had its own separate room. The bed faced the window which was great and the TV was on the wall and adjustable. The furniture it was room added a great flavor. The hotel staff was super friendly and caring. This place welcomes dogs too. We brought our little baby with us and the staff fell in love. A pretty cool thing is that they take in stray dogs too. The weekend we stayed they had a fundraiser so the lobby turned into a party with free food and they had karaoke and games. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here for two weeks on business. We enjoyed everything. The staff is helpful & kind. The suites are beautiful and well maintained. The walk-in showers are well stocked with dry bar hair products. They have a lovely full-service bar in the lobby, a game area, and are very pet friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
