I’ve been going to RockPoint Church for over 19 years now. There’s a reason I’ve stayed for so long. The leadership team is incredible, and are always there if you have questions. The messages are full of details, and I’m always learning new things. And the worship team is passionate and excited about the Lord. If you’re looking for a church, I highly recommend checking them out!
Very welcoming people who are very genuine, caring, and love Jesus. Lots of ways to get connected within the church too, as a college student, I joined the young adults group and found myself forming amazing friendships.
RockPoint church is a spirit-filled church with wonderful people who love Jesus and care about others. The worship and messages are uplifting and encouraging. AND there’s coffee! Services are at 10:00 on Sunday morning.
I found myself in an odd medical situation in the middle of a motorcycle ride, and pulled into their parking lot. I had pulled my helmet and gloves off and sat on the curb to try to calm down a bit. It would seem that there was an evening service going on as folks were showing up, one couple nicely asked if I was okay and chatted a bit with me, invited me in as well. I felt odd and didn't take them up however they did offer to pray for me.
A few moments later another couple (I presume) came out to check on me, the lady took my pulse rate, and the man (Pastor) offered to bring me some water, I did accept that. We chatted a bit, and they offered to let me come in as well (I should have accepted) and even after I declined, they prayed for me.
I suspect that I should have went ahead and gone inside, maybe I will sometime soon and thank them for their kindness.
