“I took my mother who is 94 in for a hearing test and found out she needed hearing aids. Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. Randy also took the time to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them.”

So many people have saved my life here and made life changing . My case manager is the closest thing to family I have , she made a team of people that have affected my life in nothing put positives. I am becoming something better then when I started here. I cannot stress enough how much my weekly meetings helped ... food , medical , a home , mental health, transportation, even my dog ... they saved a life of a very unloved tossed in the gutter human. “My mother was only there a little over a month, but the care and love she was given was profound. The owner Lidia Pap, and the care givers; Irma, Oscar, and Elizabeth were more than I could have asked for. My mother had late onset dementia. She was bed riden and couldn't feed herself. They showed me how I could feed her and taught me how to help adjust her pillows. I wanted to be hands on with my mother and they welcomed it, made me feel like it really was home. If I showed up in the morning so I could feed her, I was offered breakfast. If my dad showed up in the afternoon, he was offered lunch. Everything was made freshed and delicious. The home is beautiful and every room has a sliding glass door looking out to farm land. I wanted my mom's last days to be looking at that view, not a memory care unit or a hospital room.”

“They are usually great and helpful. They are changing their hours which is a bummer. Closing at 7 every night so that might be a problem. But if I have a question they always have an answer. Much faster than Safeway across the street. If they don't have a med they will get it for you ASAP in my experience. If there is a problem they will let you know about it. The text when things are ready is helpful too.”
