(April 26, 2019, 9:25 pm)Independent Ag Parts department always goes above a beyond when it comes to customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to products and parts. When arriving I am always greeted with a friendly face at the counter that knows my name. I don’t know if any business that I go to that I can honestly say know my name. This customer service and the knowledge of products is what keeps me and my team coming back.
(September 22, 2016, 6:17 pm)They were awesome. Had what I needed. Something that tractor supply couldn't get but advertised as having. The guy at the counter even went out back and loaded my truck for me. Not used to having service like that in Maryland. Highly recommend checking out what this place has to offer in the way of agricultural and industrial supplies.
