(February 16, 2019, 8:42 am)In the last year I have made probably a dozen trips to the Hanover Print-O-Stat. Each time I walk in with a not-fully-formed idea, and I walk out with a smile on my face and a completed display piece in hand. I owe most of my thanks to customer service rep Carrie who does not back down from a challenge. I do indoor/outdoor home front displays for WWII events where the presentation matters. It's the difference between engaging passersby or seeing them walk on by without a backward glance. I consider this establishment to be friendly and professional.

Danielle and Carrie provide amazing turnaround times. They are always efficient and friendly. I really appreciate the outstanding service.
