My wife and I had recent dealings with several realtors in the Fairfield/Gettysburg area, and they're all good people. But Charles and Jale Dalton at Mountain View Realty are outstanding! It is difficult to write about them without using a lot of superlatives. In February 2013 we purchased two lots in Carroll Valley listed by Mountain View Realty, with the intention of building on them. When site preparation turned out to be too expensive, we instead bought an existing home in Carroll Valley. Charles Dalton was our realtor in both transactions. He has a very pleasant, friendly personality and is a knowledgeable realtor to work with. He really enjoys helping others, and goes out of his way to offer sound advice and information.
