John Criasia from Sound Decision Hearing Aid Center is board-certified in hearing aid technology, fitting you with the best products for your hearing loss and budget. I’d be happy to just have a caring, knowledgeable and cost-conscious specialist; however, John makes house calls! I got a hearing test in our “quiet” kitchen and aids programmed and delivered within days. I’ve been wearing hearing aids most of my life. The technology today is unbelievable. He even let me wear them first before buying. If this were an infomercial, I’d say “Make the call now!” I don’t normally write reviews, but John earned it.

After a very disappointing 3 years of poor results and indifferent care by one of the large warehouse companies, my experience with John has been both excellent and a breath of fresh air. He is not a "one size fits all" provider, but has access to many different manufacturers. John took the time to find the best hearing aids to perfectly fit my needs. I especially liked his mobile services, being tested and fit in my own home, where I use them the most. Thanks so much John!
