Once we harvest all your veggies on Thursday morning, we come back and rinse them off, and re-pack them - so they won't be all dirty for you when you put them in those lovely bags ;) Our very complicated system, consists of a large tank and a hose in my back yard. Here is the chard bathing
At Anam Cara Harvest we believe that all of life is interconnected and we want to treat each aspect as "Anam Cara". We are a small CSA growing on 1.5 acres of land outside of Gettysburg PA. We are leasing land from Reid's Orchard in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
