(October 12, 2016, 5:09 pm)Beautiful old house set on 25 acres north of Gettysburg about 15 miles. It is out in the boonies so at night we got lost a few times trying to find our way out and the internet is spotty. We were put up in one of the outside rooms (see photo) of which there are two attached to one another. It was very small and old and smelled musty when we first arrived, but it is situated in the woods so that's a given. We also had a few problems with spiders and bugs but nothing dangerous. Carol, the host, made us a delicious very-filling breakfast every morning and was more than accommodating. I would recommend this place if you're wanting peace and quiet and don't mind driving 15-20 min. to Gettysburg.
