(November 26, 2018, 7:44 pm)Excellent service! Every time I've gone there for any reason they've been outstanding. They have always been kind, considerate, congenial and friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable of their stuff. Always willing to help you if you have a problem. Excellent customer service. Verizon is a good company also I have been with them for years and never had a problem that wasn't rectified within a reasonable amount of time. They also have plenty of stools in there for people to sit on so they don't have to stand and wait.

I never felt pressured into anything, and they answered all of my questions clearly without any sort of obscurity or problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for help with phones and other gizmos. Genuinely the best in the area!

My wife has been difficult when buying a new phone, even though hers is old as heck and no longer functions properly. Within just a few minutes of being in this store the gentlemen, with their helpful, positive, knowledgeable attitudes convinced her to get an excellent, brand new phone. I am entirely grateful!
