(March 2, 2019, 7:49 am)I was very impressed with Dave M of Aero Energy, he made me feel like I was important, I believe he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my schedule! And when he called to confirm and let me know he was in his way, he was on time and was in and out and did not postpone my schedule at all! If only everyone was as accommodating.

(February 14, 2019, 3:28 pm)Tom came in and replaced a boiler from a VERY antiquated system. Prompt, courteous and friendly. I had to be in and out during the appointment, and never hestitated for a moment to leave. Of course we had snow prior to the appointment, but they made sure to cover my floors so that everything was neat and clean. Now I'm sitting in a nice, warm house with a smile on my face. Thank you so much!!
(February 2, 2019, 10:00 am)Chris came out on Super Bowl weekend because we were having some trouble with our heating. He was very kind and courteous and helped us get our furnace back up and running. He did a great job and I truly appreciate someone who answered the call on his day off to be here with a smile!
(January 21, 2019, 3:55 pm)I called Aero about several questions that I had. The questions included how the essential contract worked with our new Heat Pump. Also asked about the E-Ticket. She was very friendly, and helpful with all the questions I had. She was very courteous and concerned about my questions. She was great!
(January 11, 2019, 5:02 pm)Aero gave us several options and quotes when it came time to replace our very, very old boiler, helping us figure out what would best fit our needs and budget. On the day of installation, they arrived on time, removed the old boiler without a hitch (which is pretty amazing as it looked like something out of a steam punk horror movie), installed the new boiler (which was carefully crafted to our basement), and left the work area nice and tidy. Tom also so kindly brought me up to speed with how real boilers work. This company has been great to work with!
