Having been associated with 194 Imports for many, many years, I have yet to receive anything less than exemplary service and respect as a customer. I have purchased services and products from both the prior owner and the current owner. I have found them to always stand behind their work. I have found them to be honest and function with an amazing amount of integrity from the sale of a car all the way through completed service. If I were able to give six out of five stars… I would do so. I never hesitate to grant my opinion when asked. I praise great service and nail those who are in need of a little remediation. Over the years as a family we have bought SEVERAL excellent Subarus from 194 Imports. They have never let us down in terms of quality, customer service, even fast pain free financing. They are people you can trust for quick reliable customer service, whether you are buying a Subaru, trading in for a newer car, or just need quick, accurate service on your Subaru. Seriously, the only place to buy a Subaru.
