When other big awning companies didn't want to take on the job of sewing a bead on my popup camper awning to allow it to go back on the camper Rich stepped up. With some thinking about how to do it in his shop he finally came up with a solution and proceeded to do the job right then.
You don't get this kind of service with bigger companies nor would they have waisted there time trying to figure out a way of doing the job. Rich did.
