I have been to many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Beck is amazing. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He has helped my neck so much in the short time I’ve been going here. Definitely recommend!

I recently started going to One Life Wellness Chiropractic seeking help with migraine headaches and lower back pain. After seeing Erik a few times I was headed in the right direction and was feeling so much better. Unfortunately, a car accident set back our progress but he has been so great through the whole process. He was very kind and knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance from the accident. Erik made sure that I was always comfortable and never let me leave an appointment without feeling relief. He is very thorough and does an excellent job of actually listening to you and your issues and finding a solution. He has really helped me get involved with the process by giving me different stretches and exercises to do at home on my own. His online scheduling is very convenient but he is also very accommodating to drop ins on the occasion I just stopped in.

I've been coming in to see Erik for few weeks now. I sit at a desk all day, every day. After a weird injury that had me in pain in my lower back (it hurt to bend or reach down), I decided to try out a Chiropractor. I saw that One Life Wellness was close, so I tried it out. So glad I did! Erik was able to find exactly what was wrong, and started me on a path to recovery. He explains everything very thoroughly, and gives suggestions for things to do at home. I now go in just for maintenance since the pain is gone, but my situation of sitting at a desk will not. Thanks Erik!
