Fortunately for us they were able to respond on the same day we called. Our first time using them. They arrived on time and were able to fix the problem in good time considering some unforeseen issues. Since this was a sewage back up problem in our finished basement, we were in great need of a prompt resolution and they were "Johnny on the spot " for us. Got all the stars in our book!
I had a furnace installed by Comfy Kozy yesterday. My old furnace worked off and on. They did a great job with the installation, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and for something that will last for more than 20 years, the price was reasonable to me.
This is the second furnace they’ve installed for me. The first was in a previous home which I sold in 2016. Always glad to do business with them, and I will continue to do business with them in the future if needed.
After several attempts to get a furnace repair company to actually return a call or actually show up as promised, I finally got tired of their run around and tried Comfy Kozy. They were honest in telling me that they would not make it out that particular day but would be available the following day. The tech that showed up was JP and he kept me informed of what was going on from the time he would arrive to what he did and when he was finished. My tenants went without a working furnace for 5 days because of 2 irresponsible companies that kept promising me they were going to show up and did not. (Thank goodness for portable heaters). If you want a dependable company that will be honest and professional call Comfy Kozy, you won’t be sorry!!

He took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and what the best way to repair it would be. The work was done in a timely manner and my furnace is working great again.
