He was quick to respond to me through email and even helped fix an issue that I wasn't aware of prior to his visit. I would recommend using Pittsburgh Pottery to anyone who has a ceramics kiln in need of service or repair!

We have several pieces-serving bowls, more mugs than we can count, dinner dishes and bowls, christmas ornaments, refrigerator magnets and cool knick knacks. We will continue to purchase from Pittsburgh Pottery. Always very accomodating and just good people
