Very knowledgeable and helpful people helped me get the right battery for my son's 96' Toyota Tercel...not an easy feat. They're in store tools also helped because I forgot mine.

Walked in this morning and was greeted by Bert. Asked if he could check my battery and he graciously abliged. Showed me my battery was on it's last legs. Helped me choose a battery and promptly took out the old battery and replaced it with the new won. Never replacing a battey before, he explained how it's done safely. I really appreciated his customer service. Thumbs up to Bert and AutoZone, Elk Grove. You have a customer for life

I really want to thank the AutoZone staff at this store for all their help over the years. All of my parts for my families cars have always been available (acura,volkswagon,bmw,toyota,Mercedes, ford)or they have been able to place a hold on the part at their superstore on florin rd. I brought a broken duralast ratchet in today and the replacement process was so easy. I am very comfortable buying my tools at autozone. The always have a replacement in stock🙌🏽🙌🏽.thanks. Customer for life!!

I purchased a pair of break bulbs from AutoZone earlier today. Got home and realize I didn’t have the right tools. I went to AutoZone on Bruceville in Elk Grove and the manager, Bert was so awesome, he came out with his tools and replaced my right side and showed me step-by-step so I can replace my left side bulb. Bert, I can’t thank you enough for your courteous & generous customer service & especially your patience. Today I purchased my own socket wrench kit for the future. Thank you Bert! I will be back!!!!
