Visonmakers makers has been my go to since I moved to Pittsburgh almost 10 years ago. Dr. Jancaro is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly approachable. Jess, Sarah, and Susanne are so friendly and great for help with picking the right frames. Ordering and checkout for frames and contacts is a breeze. Go see for yourself!

This place is awesome! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! They were so kind and helpful. My brother is an optometrist, but I moved too far away to see him anymore. I looked around for a long time for someone to replace him before I decided on Dr. Jancaro and his staff. I'm definitely happy with my experience. They were all very knowledgeable through the whole process and answered my many questions very clearly--both Dr. Jancaro and his staff. They also helped me find the right glasses for my face. They have such a great selection of glasses even for those of us who have a thinner face. It almost made it harder to decide, but they were so good about sharing the right amount of advice, encouragement and help. It made the decision much easier. I'm very happy with my decision. They were not pushy, but were open, honest, very clear about price and did not expect me to pay more than necessary. Also, my glasses came very quickly, and they were happy to help me get them adjusted. Overall, it was just a great experience -- definitely what I was hoping for. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been going here for many years, and I have recommended many! Always treated well and always satisfied with their service! The doctors have been great there and the current one is friendly, explains any issues in eye exam very well, and I have nothing but good to say about Visionmakers! Jessica has been there a long time and is so personable (as well as all the other front office staff) and is always there to accommodate! They have an excellent warranty/exchange policy which we have had to use. I give them an A++++ Excellent rating!

I am so thankful that I took my son to Visionmakers to get fitted for contacts. Visionmakers class for contacts is a must have! Jess was so patient with him. He has anxiety and I wasn't sure if he would be able to do it on his own. Jess was amazing! The eye doctor and staff were very kind and professional.
