“On 9.15.22 I had a great experience with Mike at the store. He was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me out a lot so I told him I'd do a review and asked his name. I went on this site to do a the review and it wouldn't let me make a new one, only edit the old one I did 5 years ago. So here it is: I had the best experience! My windshield got hit by a stone and I was so upset. I stopped at Advance Auto for advice and Richard from the parts department was so awesome. He greeted me promptly and professionally and showed me the different kit choices. Then he took his time to compare the different products and benefits, and then he reviewed the prices with me. I was made to feel important just for a little thing like this. I'm so impressed. I'm highly recommending this place for everybody. It's right next to the Giant Eagle in Crafton, PA. “Shout out and kudos to Erika in the appliance department in the Stow Lowe’s! My husband and I stopped in this last weekend to look at dishwashers. We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered.
