I've known the Chase family for a long time and I've seen very few families as dedicated to martial arts as the them. I have previously grappled with the daughters, Hope and Brigid, at one of our jujitsu schools, and they are nothing short of the toughest females I've ever fought. I decided to pop my head into their dojo just this past Monday, and I have absolutely zero regrets, except for starting sooner. Everybody at the dojo puts forth their best effort possible to craft the most enjoyable experience for people of all ages to learn the art of Korean tang soo do.

My whole family takes karate at White Viper. We wanted a place where we could exercise together, as a family. This was the only place we found that allowed adults and kids of all levels of experience to train at the same time. We love it!! The instruction is professional yet fun. The atmosphere of the school is welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend White Viper to anyone that is interested in karate or simply a fun way to exercise. You will not be disappointed.

My son has been attending this school for several years. He has accomplished amazing things. He has more courage now then ever. The Chase family is amazing they go above and beyond to help encourage everyone in the school. They make you realize you can do anything if you put your mind to it. I get inspired every time I see the magic. They are a good family with good morals. They are giving anyone that wants a chance to learn martial arts a opportunity to do so. I am a single mom and I sleep so much better at night knowing my son can protect himself thanks to the Chase family. I know every mom and dad sleep better knowing their kids can protect them selves.

I would like to start by saying what a pleasure it is to train at White Viper Karate and would highly recommend the program to individuals and families interested in training in martial arts. The Chase family has made the experience very enjoyable for my family. Our ranks range from Orange Belt to Black Belt and our ages our age 7 to 55. We established residency here in Western PA over a year ago and looked at a number of martial arts facilities to transfer to before deciding on White Viper and really could not be happier with our choice.

We participate in all class types including weapons and I will describe the training as rigorous and demanding. The Chase family qualifications are beyond reproach and they set a very high standard regarding the training regiment. They have high expectations that the students will achieve their goals within the school environment and challenge each of us to press through and strive to the finish. Additionally, Master Chase makes it very clear that the training is performance based and not directly tied to your payments to the school or a timeline. As a former Special Operator with the U.S. Army Special Forces and a Black Belt in the Shotokan discipline, I found the objective approach refreshing.

Finally, Master Chase, his wife and three daughters are all instructors at the school. His daughters although in their teens offering nothing but respect for all students regardless of age or rank (a product of solid parenting). Respect is always paramount to the training process. I am happy to see my two sons receive the same level of respect at ages 7 and 10 that I would receive as an adult Black Belt although they are younger SKIL level belts. While it is true that high standards are set and maintained, White Viper Martial Arts accomplishes the task of training students holding to the Tang Soo Do traditions and making respect the cornerstone of the school! It is a pleasure to train alongside the Chase family.

Our family has attended White Viper for over 2 years. The Chase family, who own and run the school, are committed to quality martial arts instruction, with one-on-one, small group and large group instruction in various classes. I began new to the art, along with my children. We have learned in the same classes together, benefiting from differentiated instruction and attention to the developmental stages of various ages/learners.

We looked at many schools in the Pittsburgh area before deciding that White Viper was the place to be, even though it's a bit of a drive for us. It has been a great way to learn a discipline and gain strength and confidence together as a family.
