GREAT Customer Service is responding promptly and resolving issues relative 1 and 2 above. On a recent Amazon order, PITT Auto Electric demonstrated Amazing (Above Great!) customer service in rectifying a small problem I had with my order.. promptly responding and rectifying w/o question
