Jessica at the front is so helpful! This is my first time renting a storage and she made it painless! She took the time to answer all my questions and phone calls. She went as far as to look at all our stuff and tell me what size unit I would need because I was clueless! When my husband and I did some unloading she was so kind and thoughtful, she brought us out waters! She made this experience great and I will recommend this storage and location to anyone that will listen.

Even though I didn’t get to use their facilities. The rental application is very easy. Everything was done online. The office staff is absolutely amazing. I had a free month and when the month was over it rolled into the automatic payments. After confirmation that I didn’t use the storage, they waved all fees and closed my account. I will definitely be back.

The rental experience was super easy through the website. When I got to the facility for move-in I just had a few forms to sign and the process was quick. They also provided a disc lock for me. Staff was always very helpful and quick to get back to me when I had questions. Move out was always very low hassle and they took care of it very quickly with great communication.
