I received excellent service from this jeweler. Due to the shipping delays beyond his control caused by Covid, he was willing to drop my order off at my house or stay open later hours to accommodate me. My husband loved his new watch and I will be sending customers his way. His honesty, caring manner and professionalism have been so appreciated.

Can't say enough good things about Rodger Ketchell! He has always come up with a solution to my many jewelry "emergencies" over the years. My husband purchased my engagement ring (and then our wedding bands) over 25 years ago when this establishment was Kirkwood Jewelers. So happy to say that the same wonderful, personal service has continued since Rodger bought the business from the Kirkwoods. Thrilled that there is place locally that I feel comfortable and confident taking my jewelry to when the need arises.

I came in with an antique ring. My fiance was adopted and he met his biological mother a few years back it is her mother's ring, so it has a lot of sentimental value to us. They did such an amazing job resizing it and making sure the setting was strong but still grandmas ring! True artists!
