(August 9, 2020, 11:25 am)I love this Starbucks location! The staff is sooo sweet, always greeting me and holding a conversation with me while I wait for my order to be ready. I feel so welcomed every time I come to this location. :)

(May 13, 2020, 8:44 pm)Given the circumstances the lobby is closed, only their drive thru is open. So I can't say much about the inside of it but I can surely say about the workers. Upon arrival we were greeted, we told him it was a mobil order and were asked to pull to the front where he greeted us again. There was a small mistake on the drink, I asked for noncaramel drizzle(keto diet is hard) while they were remaking it he asked us how we were doing, what we've been up to. Took just a minute to fix it and we were on our way.
Their standards of customer service is genuine and great. I wish I could've gotten their names. It will be my new favorite Starbucks at El Paso. I'm not from there but I travel often.
Feeling appreciated and taken care of as a customer will keep me stopping here.
(May 22, 2019, 10:19 pm)The baristas here are very, very friendly. The service is always fast and accurate. There is a nice outdoor seating area that is shaded, and there is greenery too. When it is busy the entryway can get pretty crowded, so make sure to watch out for distracted people with hot beverages. This is probably my favorite Starbucks in El Paso.

(October 10, 2015, 10:21 am)They helped me setup my business entity with government forms filled and filed. Free checking account, other freebies. They made simple things that I had asked and researched elsewhere to no simple answer. They simply could not have been more helpful. I have never had this level of service anywhere else. I had no prior dealings with the company or any of the people. Just good honest service.
