Full body workout over the course of a week. Workouts are highly varied, using combined body movements and equipment to develop strength, balance, and aerobic capacity. Padded workout surface is easier on the joints than other surfaces. Knowledgeable and encouraging owner/trainer. Class participants are supportive and pleasant. Considering this? Hope to meet you.
I started this program a few months ago. The classes I've attended so far are fun and challenging. I was concerned about my bad knees because I'm a runner and Don was able to give me knee-friendly alternative exercises to work the muscles scheduled that day.
My experience with Don as a trainer was fantastic. Don is friendly and professional, providing guidance and enthusiasm throughout the hour long boot camp. I would recommend anyone thinking about giving this a try to do so, and to start as soon as possible.
