  Well I had a great and really pleasing experience. All the process was easy and fast thanks to Mike's help. He did everything easy and took his time to talk about the benefits and difference between the items. Definitely my husband and I felt comfortable with Mike. He also helped us to get a good deal, so that was really diligent from him. I had an experience with mattress firm before, but this one was really good. ?% recommended.

  We shopped at the Waterfront store here in Pittsburgh and had a fantastic experience! Mike C. and Jordan both were phenomenal. Mike C. spent quality time with us, ensuring our needs and curiosities were being met while also allowing for easy and open conversation. I could have sat/laid on those beds for multiple hours enjoying the conversation and comrodere. Thank you Mike C. and Jordan for the time and service.

  First off, Mike was awesome, superb.! He was so personable and helpful with getting us the bed we wanted. I would go back to him every time. He was very honest too, and did not try to push us to get something we didn’t want! He evaluated what we needed in a bed and gave us several options to fit our budget and our comfort. The best customer service in a long time! He needs a promotion or something. Great representation of what great customer service should be! If you ever visit the store, Ask for mike!

  Amazing experience with Simone helping my wife and I pick a better bed. Not only was she extremely helpful and attentive to us, but she was the only worker present and helping four couples simultaneously. She was fabulous with her customer service but her knowledge of mattresses and what WE should get was unmatched. She was personable and I would recommend anyone looking to upgrade their sleep to go see Simone at the Waterfront location.
